Urbane Mobile Returns

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Urbane Mobile. If you are not happy with your case when you receive it, please email us at support@urbanemobile.com within 10 days of your order being received.

We do only offer replacements for exact same case and exact image. Once we confirm we can accept your Urbane Mobile returns, we will issue a return authorization number and further instructions on shipping. Urbane Mobile does not offer free shipping on returns. Cost of shipping for returns is incurred by the customer. Each case is custom made for you so we can’t accept returns if 1) you decide you want a different image 2) you decide you want a different case
